BRINGING INSPIRING DESIGN TO EVERY CORNER OF WEST MICHIGAN

At Dwellings, we believe that a beautifully designed home is the foundation for a joyful life. Based in our boutique studio in Grandville, Michigan, we are a full-service interior design firm dedicated to helping families across Grand Rapids and the entire West Michigan region rediscover the heart of their living spaces.

Led by Owner and Principal Designer Laura Davidson, our team brings over 15 years of experience to every project. Whether you are embarking on the journey of new home construction in Ada or Cascade, or seeking a sophisticated whole-house remodel in East Grand Rapids, we specialize in tailored solutions that reflect your family’s unique story. We take pride in being excellent listeners, ensuring that from the initial blueprint discussions to the final installation, your vision remains the priority.

Our reach extends far beyond the Grand Rapids metro area. We are proud to serve the vibrant coastal communities of the lakeshore, including Holland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, and Douglas. From modern kitchen overhauls in Hudsonville and Jenison to refreshing individual rooms with custom furnishings in Caledonia or Lowell, our collaborative approach ensures a seamless, professional experience.

We foster strong relationships with trusted local builders and trades to ensure every detail—from custom cabinetry drawings to lighting and hardware selection—is executed perfectly. Our mission is to create captivating, functional environments for families in:

  • The Metro Core: Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, and Walker.
  • The East: East Grand Rapids, Ada, Cascade, Forest Hills, and Lowell
  • The West: Hudsonville, Jenison, Zeeland, and Allendale.
  • The Lakeshore & Beyond: Holland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Douglas, and Muskegon.
