Just across the water from Saugatuck, Douglas offers a slightly quieter but equally sophisticated boutique lifestyle. From the mid-century modern homes near Point Pleasant to the elegant new builds along the lakeshore, Douglas is a community that values understated luxury and thoughtful design. Dwellings is the premier choice for Douglas residents who want a professional, collaborative interior design partner with 15+ years of local experience.

Our specialty in Douglas is Modern Classic design—creating spaces that feel fresh and contemporary while remaining grounded in timeless principles of scale and proportion. We offer full-service project management for large-scale remodels and new construction. We act as the bridge between you and your contractor, providing the detailed hardware, lighting, and paint consults needed to ensure a perfect finish. We understand that in Douglas, the “vibe” is everything; we work tirelessly to ensure your home’s interior matches the serene, upscale energy of the community.
