INTERIOR DESIGN IN

URBAN LUXURY IN THE HEART OF FURNITURE CITY
As the historic “Furniture City,” Grand Rapids has a legacy of craftsmanship and design that is woven into its very fabric. From the grand Victorian mansions of Heritage Hill to the hip, artsy vibe of Eastown and the modern lofts of Downtown, Grand Rapids offers a diverse range of architectural styles. Dwellings is proud to be a leading interior design firm serving the entire Grand Rapids metro area, providing boutique services that celebrate the city’s creative spirit while delivering modern, high-end functionality.
Our team, led by Laura Davidson, understands that designing in Grand Rapids requires a versatile approach. We might be updating a 19th-century Greek Revival in Heritage Hill one day and outfitting a sleek, contemporary condo near the Grand River the next. Our core services—Home Remodels, New Construction Design, and Room Designs & Furnishings—are all built on a foundation of collaboration and deep listening. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, your aesthetic preferences, and your goals for your space before we ever pick up a sketchpad.
With over 15 years of local experience, Dwellings has the professional network and trade relationships required to manage complex urban projects with ease. We bridge the gap between “concept” and “completion,” overseeing everything from custom cabinetry drawings to the final white-glove installation of your furnishings. Whether you are in Creston, Westside Connection, or the heart of the city, we are dedicated to creating home environments that bring joy and benefit to you and your family for years to come. Let us show you why Dwellings is the premier partner for Grand Rapids interior design.
