The community of Lowell is defined by its historic charm, stunning riverfront views, and a deep sense of heritage. At Dwellings, we are passionate about bringing modern luxury and functionality to these classic settings without losing the architectural soul that makes Lowell so special. Led by Laura Davidson, our boutique team has the expertise required to navigate the complexities of both historic renovations and luxury new construction throughout the Lowell area.

Designing in Lowell often involves a “Modern Classic” approach. We specialize in Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling that integrates high-end, modern appliances and custom cabinetry into traditional floor plans. Our collaborative process starts with a thorough understanding of your goals. We partner with your chosen builders—or introduce you to our own network of trusted trades—to ensure that every custom millwork detail and lighting selection is perfectly executed. We manage the logistics and the sourcing of premium materials so that you can focus on the creative excitement of the project.
