The community of Standale serves as a vital bridge between the urban energy of Grand Rapids and the expanding residential areas to the west. At Dwellings, we understand the lifestyle of Standale residents who value a balance of sophisticated style and practical, family-friendly functionality. For over a decade and a half, our boutique studio has been a trusted partner for homeowners looking to elevate their living spaces through collaborative and inspired interior design.

Our work in Standale often centers on New Construction Design and whole-house furnishings. If you are building a new home in the area, we act as your dedicated design advocate from the first blueprint discussions to the final walkthrough. We guide you through the thousands of decisions required during a build—including exterior consults, paint selections, and intricate lighting plans—ensuring that every element aligns with your vision and family dynamics. We pride ourselves on clear communication, fostering seamless collaboration with your builders to avoid common pitfalls and deliver your project on time.
