West Olive offers a unique blend of secluded wooded estates and stunning Lake Michigan frontage. For homeowners in West Olive, the goal is often to create a private sanctuary that feels deeply connected to the surrounding nature. At Dwellings, we specialize in designs that “bring the outdoors in,” utilizing organic textures, expansive window treatments, and stone accents to create a seamless transition between your home and the West Michigan landscape.

Our boutique team has extensive experience in luxury new construction and large-scale renovations in West Olive’s quiet, sprawling developments. We understand that these homes often serve as multi-generational gathering places, requiring a design that is both grand and highly functional. We start by clearly communicating a project direction that prioritizes your family’s unique needs. Whether you are designing a high-end chef’s kitchen for entertaining or a primary suite that feels like a private spa, we manage every technical detail from initial concept sketches to final installation.
